Heather Naidoo-Morabito

Heather NaidooCalling forth the greatness in people is the mainstay of Heather’s work. Growing up in South Africa, speaking 4 languages and training to be a Therapist helped her land her first Human Resources role in retail. Very quickly she realized she loved the Learning and Organizational Development domains more than the other areas and decided to expand her skills in that field. Over the course of her 25-year career, she has held numerous corporate leadership positions including Global Vice President-Human Resources in addition to being a Global Consultant and Executive Coach serving over 400 leaders in 30 countries.

She is a trusted, influential global Advisor to CEO’s and their Executive Teams in diverse, matrixed, multibillion-dollar industries ranging from retail, freight logistics, rail, financial services, energy, pharmaceutical and humanitarian services. Her deep strength lies in translating business strategy into talent strategies on an individual, team and organizational level. She designs innovative, best practice talent solutions for Fortune 200 and Global Non-Profit organizations based on the 70/20/10 Model and adopts a plethora of approaches to address business challenges.

These solutions include individual assessments (360, MBTI, EQ, TKI, Strengthsfinder), team assessments (5 Dysfunctions of a Team) and organizational assessments (Gallup Q12). She also supports leaders using the 9 Box Grid for Talent Planning and Succession Management, developing robust plans to mitigate risk and generating a strong ‘ready now’ candidate pool. She designs effective organizations, positive work cultures and employee engagement strategies. Her clinical training and coaching skills make her uniquely qualified to coach leaders at all levels on behavioral change, derailing behaviors and developmental challenges. Her skill at keeping leaders focused on the horizon while taking them to the bed of the ocean leads them to their own AHA moments and developmental insights. She achieves positive, sustained results by holding everyone as ‘Creative, Resourceful and Whole.’
