Executive Coaching and Mentoring
In designing a coaching and mentoring relationship with a client, we work together to identify the outcomes that the individual and the organization seeks to achieve. Once we have chosen the breakthrough areas, we focus on identifying the individual's present framework and behaviors which produce the results they are currently experiencing. Through the coaching and mentoring process, we create awareness that allows for the possibility of stepping into a new reality which produces many new opportunities. We practice intentional shifts in outlook and behavior and see what happens. New understanding is created and new ways of being are reinforced through breakthrough results.
Component Steps
- Identify 1-3 areas for breakthrough performance with the client/organization
- Spend an up-front, concentrated 2-4 hours of discussion to begin forming the relationship with the client and understanding their framework, needs, goals, current approaches, etc.
- Craft a 4-6 month written program to create the possibilities the client and organization desires, incorporating the process described above
- Be in meaningful conversation with the client 3-4 times per month, on the phone or face-to-face, for one hour per week. In addition, provide for in-the-moment connection and coaching between scheduled conversations.
- At conclusion, create a 1-2 page summary of further work and leverage points to reinforce the shifts and to achieve long-term excellence.
Business Leadership Consulting
Business Leadership Consulting is a powerful service and tool for the professional who is seeking support in improving his/her bottom-line results, however measured, by beginning at the end... the outcome desired. Once the outcome is established, we identify the action steps to executing and operationalizing the imperative and Cain-Stanley & Company, Inc. works with the organization to drive it to fruition. By always focusing on the objective, designing to that result, and integrating the output into the whole, a higher quality deliverable is achieved with long-term sustainability. This can be done at any level within the organization, but must be integrated structurally and behaviorally.
