In my former capacity as Executive Director of the Orange County Office on Aging, I initially worked with Patti to develop and execute a Strategic Business Plan for Orange County's older adults and caregivers at the request of the Orange County Board of Supervisors.

"The Board had asked me to develop a plan/investment proposal to rebuild the County's lead agency for senior services and programs and to identify the necessary resources to serve seniors today and into the future.
