With a strong background in business operations and strategic support, she plays a key role in streamlining processes, optimizing financial performance, and supporting the firm’s long-term goals.
Before joining Cain-Stanley & Co., Mary held the position of Controller in the manufacturing sector. In that capacity, she established a strong foundation in accounting and financial management, while also leading key process improvement initiatives and providing high-level financial analysis to support executive leadership.
Mary earned her bachelor’s degree from Capella University and is committed to continuous professional development. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys attending live music events, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences with friends and family.
